An Infrared Heating Quartz Spiral Tube (also known as a helical quartz heating coil or quartz spiral tube sleeve) is a specialized thermal element enclosure manufactured by precision-winding softened high-purity fused silica glass around calibrated mandrels at temperatures exceeding 1750 °C.
Unlike standard linear quartz lamps, the spiral helical geometry packs up to three times greater heated wire length per unit of axial chamber height. This geometry delivers concentrated, multidirectional infrared flux ideal for fluid heating, cylindrical barrel extrusion, semiconductor wafer rapid thermal annealing (RTA), PET preform thermoforming, and paint curing tunnels.
At Lovri Quartz Products Co., Ltd., every spiral quartz tube begins with our own refined 99.99% SiO₂ raw materials. Our proprietary multi-axis synchronous glassblowing lathes ensure uniform wall thickness around every coil turn, minimizing hot spots, electrical resistance deviation, and premature tube failure.
